Ascend 1010 is a luxury event design and décor studio specializing in balloon installations, full event styling, and creative production. We bring art, emotion, and precision together to create elevated experiences.
We are based in South Florida and serve clients throughout Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach County. Travel is available for select events and will be outlined in your custom proposal.
For full event styling, we recommend booking at least ninety days in advance. Smaller installations or mockup only services may be available with shorter notice based on availability.
Full event styling may include creative direction, balloon installations, décor design, floral elements, tablescape styling, signage, and on site setup and breakdown. Services are customized based on your event and outlined in your agreement.
Yes. Coordination support is available for clients who book design services and may include vendor communication, scheduling, and on site flow management.
We offer digital mockups and design plans for clients who want our creative direction without installation. These include layout concepts, color palettes, and décor recommendations.
Mockups are typically delivered within ten to fourteen business days after your consultation and deposit are received.
Yes. A non refundable deposit of fifty percent is required to reserve your event date. A security deposit may also be required for items, equipment, or décor provided by Ascend 1010.
All invoices are issued and paid through Square. Invoices are sent electronically to the email provided and must be paid within seven days.
Ascend 1010 reserves the right to suspend services or refuse additional services if invoices are not paid on time.
All deposits and payments are non refundable. If you cancel, you are responsible for any services performed or expenses already incurred on your behalf.
Rescheduling is based on availability and must be requested 30days in advance. Additional fees may apply if vendors, rentals, or staffing have already been booked.
The client is responsible for following venue rules, and ensuring compliance with all laws and safety regulations.
Any items, equipment, or décor provided by Ascend 1010 must be returned in satisfactory condition. Damage, loss, or theft may result in part or all of the security deposit being withheld to cover repair or replacement.
